Are the cards real?
Yes. Every card you can pull is a real, physical card we already hold. When you open a pack, the card is assigned to you and stored in our vault until you ask us to ship it.
What are points?
Points are how you open packs. You buy them in bundles at the same rate, with no bonuses or hidden fees. Points can only be used to open packs and can’t be exchanged back for money.
How are the odds set?
Each pack page lists every card the pack can hold and the chance of each rarity per card. Odds are fixed for the pack and shown before you open it.
How does shipping work?
Pick the cards in your collection and request shipping. You’ll see the delivery cost and estimated time before you confirm, and you can track the package from your account.
Who can use 7packs?
7packs is for adults 18 and over. We verify age with a photo ID once, before your first opening.
Can I set a spending limit?
Yes. You can set a monthly limit for buying points in your account at any time. Lowering it takes effect right away.
